You trade at your own risk. gogobots is software only — not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Every strategy, bot and trade is your decision and your responsibility. Automated trading can lose money quickly; you alone bear all losses, at your own expense and at your own discretion.

1. What we collect

Account: email and password (bcrypt-hashed). Payment: handled by Stripe (cards) or read from public Polygon blockchain (USDC). Usage: anonymous analytics via self-hosted Plausible — no cookies, no cross-site tracking.

2. Wallet keys

If you connect a Polymarket wallet to run a trading bot, the private key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest in our database. Encryption keys are stored separately from the database. We decrypt only at the moment of signing a Polymarket transaction, inside the Rust execution process.

3. Third parties

We send data to: Stripe (payment processing, card details never touch our servers), Cloudflare (CDN/DNS for our domain), Polygon RPC providers (to send your bot's transactions). We do NOT sell or share personal data with anyone else.

4. Cookies and storage

We use localStorage for: JWT session token, your preferred language, and theme (light/dark). We do NOT use third-party cookies or tracking pixels.

5. Your rights

You can export, modify, or delete all your data at any time from the client panel. Subscription cancellation: prorated refund within 7 days of last payment. Data retention: 30 days after account deletion (for accounting), then permanent erasure.

6. Jurisdiction

gogobots is operated as a personal project; this Privacy Policy is governed by EU GDPR principles. For users in Russia: we process data per 152-FZ on a non-commercial basis (subscription is a service fee).
