Refund Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-14
1. Non-custodial by design
GoGoBots never holds, controls or has access to your trading capital. Your funds remain in your own wallet, and every trade executes on-chain through your own Polymarket / CLOB access. We charge a subscription fee for the software and infrastructure only. Because of this, the only thing that can ever be refunded is a subscription fee. Trading capital and trading results are yours and are outside the scope of any refund. Your subscription pays for: access to the no-code bot builder and 13-step backtesting framework, paper trading on live ticks, live bot deployment, circuit breakers and AI-Ops monitoring, and the hosting and infrastructure that runs your bots. It never covers your trading capital, trading profits or results, losses or drawdowns, or Polymarket / Polygon fees and outages.
2. No refunds for trading outcomes
Subscription fees are charged for access to the platform and are independent of how your bots perform. Profits and losses belong entirely to you. Losses, drawdowns, liquidations, missed entries, slippage or adverse market conditions are not grounds for a refund. Polymarket or Polygon downtime, congestion, fee changes or rule changes are not grounds for a refund. We do not issue refunds on the basis of bot performance or realised P&L.
3. Try before you pay
Every account includes a free paper-trading tier on live ticks, with no payment required. You can evaluate the full workflow — build, backtest, paper trade — before committing to a paid plan. Because the platform can be assessed at no cost, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable, subject to the statutory rights and the technical-failure remedy described below.
4. Subscriptions, billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your in-app account settings; cancellation stops all future renewals. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period — access is not cut off immediately. No partial or pro-rated refunds are given for unused time within a billing period. Amounts already charged for the current and past periods are non-refundable, except where this policy or applicable law states otherwise.
5. General no-refund rule
All subscription fees become non-refundable once a billing period has begun. The only exceptions are: (a) mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived (Section 6); and (b) the technical-failure account-credit remedy (Section 7).
6. Statutory rights — EU / UK and other consumers
Nothing in this policy removes or limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be waived. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction that grants a cooling-off / right of withdrawal for digital services, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Our paid services are supplied immediately — at checkout you expressly request that we begin providing the paid service right away, and you acknowledge that once provision has begun you lose the right of withdrawal for the part already supplied. If you have not started using the paid features and you are still within the withdrawal window, contact us and we will refund you. This does not affect your remedies if a service is faulty or not as described.
7. Technical-failure exception (account credit)
If an outage, bug or failure on our side prevents you from using paid features for a meaningful period, we may issue an account credit toward future subscription fees, proportional to the affected time. This is a credit, not a cash refund, and is granted at our reasonable discretion. This remedy does not apply to issues outside our control — Polymarket or Polygon outages, RPC / network problems, third-party services, your wallet or your bot configuration — or to trading losses of any kind.
8. How a refund or credit is issued
Account credit is applied to your GoGoBots account against future subscription fees. Card / fiat payments (processed via Paddle / Stripe) are returned to the original payment method; processing and currency-conversion fees may be non-refundable, and timing depends on the processor. Crypto payments via NOWPayments (USDC on Polygon) — on-chain transfers are irreversible; refunds are sent manually to the wallet that made the original payment, net of gas fees. You are responsible for providing a correct address; we return the subscription fee amount only.
9. Chargebacks & disputes
If you think you were charged in error, contact us first — we will look into it quickly. Opening a card chargeback or disputing an on-chain payment without contacting us may result in suspension or termination of your account and access. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are illegitimate.
10. How to request a refund
Reach us through the in-app chat or by email (see contact below). Please include your account email and/or wallet address, the plan and billing period in question, the transaction ID, hash or invoice number, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply to billing periods that start after the update. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email, and the Last updated date at the top always reflects the current version.
