1. Your risk, your discretion
You use gogobots and trade on Polymarket entirely at your own risk, at your own expense, and at your own discretion. We provide an execution engine, paper-mode and a backtester — software only. We do NOT give financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing in the product or on this site is a recommendation to trade. You design and approve every strategy and bot; every order it places is your decision. Automated trading is high-risk and can amplify losses as fast as gains — you may lose some or all of the funds your bots deploy. You alone are responsible for all outcomes and losses. 2. What gogobots is
gogobots is software for building, backtesting and running autonomous trading bots on Polymarket prediction markets. It is non-custodial: your bot runs in your own isolated container using your own wallet keys, and we never hold, pool, manage or direct your funds or anyone else's. We do not place trades on your behalf. We are not a broker, exchange, fund, investment adviser or money-services business.
3. Eligibility and jurisdiction
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and have full legal capacity to accept these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that using gogobots and trading on prediction markets is legal where you are, and for complying with all applicable laws and with Polymarket's own terms. You may NOT use the service from the United States or from any jurisdiction where prediction-market trading is restricted, prohibited or sanctioned, and you may not use it if you have previously been banned from the service. If it is not lawful for you, do not use the service.
4. Your account, wallet and keys
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, wallet keys and any API keys you provide, and for all activity that occurs under your account. We cannot recover lost wallet keys or restore lost access. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for the security of the wallet you connect and for the funds it holds.
5. Subscription and billing
gogobots is offered on monthly subscription tiers — see the pricing page for current plans and prices. Limits on live bots, paper bots and parallel backtester runs are enforced at the platform level. You may upgrade at any time (prorated); downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from your first payment. After 7 days subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Blockchain gas and network fees are variable, are paid by you, and are outside our control.
6. Acceptable use
You may NOT: use gogobots for any unlawful purpose; violate Polymarket's terms of service; manipulate prediction markets (including wash trading, spoofing or other abusive practices); run bots on behalf of third parties without disclosure; attempt to gain unauthorized access to, hack, disrupt or overload the platform or its infrastructure; reverse engineer, decompile or copy the software; impersonate others or infringe intellectual-property rights; or operate from jurisdictions where prediction-market trading is prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or put the platform at risk.
7. Third-party services and integrations
gogobots integrates with third parties — including Polymarket, the Polygon network and RPC providers, payment processors and wallet providers — which operate independently and under their own terms. We do not custody or hold funds. We are not responsible for the availability, performance or actions of these third parties, for variable gas or network fees (which are not grounds for cancellation), or for any third-party websites linked from our product or site.
8. Intellectual property
All software, designs, text, data and other content provided by gogobots are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform for your personal or business trading. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the platform except as permitted by law.
9. Risk disclosures
Trading on Polymarket carries significant risk, including the total loss of capital. Digital assets and blockchains are highly volatile and carry inherent risks such as bugs, exploits, cyberattacks, forks and regulatory change; the platform may experience interruptions or errors; automated trading amplifies losses; and backtester and paper-mode results are approximations only. 10. No warranty; limitation of liability
The platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities or downtime, bugs in user-provided strategies, Polygon network, RPC or other third-party failures, or any action Polymarket takes against your wallet. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless gogobots and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your strategies and bots, your trades, your violation of these Terms or any law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice by email and an in-app banner; continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance. You may cancel at any time without penalty.
